Hi, I’m Kimberly, a faithful and grateful believer in Jesus Christ, and a woman who has learned to walk slowly, mindfully, and wholly with God through some of life’s darkest valleys.

I’m a Clinical Social Worker specializing in trauma work, a Holistic Health Coach, Herbalist, and Biblical Coach. I live in a tiny house in South Carolina where I spend my days gardening, reading, soaking in nature, studying the Word, and connecting with God. Every day is a gift, and every moment is an opportunity to be present with Him.

But I didn’t always live this way.

I grew up in a toxic, unsafe home. I never learned how to feel or process emotions. I endured physical and mental abuse as a child and most of my adult life, and experienced sexual trauma as a teenager. My body bore the weight of these unhealed wounds, and chronic illness—especially Lyme disease—followed me for most of my life.

Still, nothing prepared me for what came eight years ago. Another tick bite. Mold exposure. My body began to shut down completely. I spent over $100,000 on treatments, doctors, coaches, home remediation—desperate for healing.

And yet I kept coming up empty.

I looked everywhere except the one place that held the true healing I needed: with God.

I was angry at Him at first—furious, really. Why would a loving God allow this? But that anger cracked me open and eventually brought me back to Him. Through the tears, I found Jesus again. And through Him, I found peace, purpose, and a path forward.

Lyme disease became my greatest catalyst for healing. It slowed me down. It taught me how to rest, how to listen to my body, how to stop people-pleasing and start setting holy boundaries. It forced me to finally face my trauma, do the deep work, and forgive those who hurt me. Most importantly, it led me into the arms of a Savior who never once left my side.

In one of my darkest of moments, Jesus reached out his hand and pulled me out of my depression and despair. He chose me! And I have never felt alone again. I was baptized, began studying Scripture daily, and started listening closely to God’s voice through my mind, body, and spirit. Jesus saved my life!
